The scalp is cut away and peeled back and a craniotome is used to remove a section of skull. The skull is opened. The tumour is removed. The removed tumour is displayed. Various cross-sections of the tumour are shown in magnification. The patient is shown six months after the operation; he is healthy and recovered, though the intertitles note that he has a slight left hemipareisis.
